Sail and enjoy the sea of our inlet on the nautical routes available departing from our two nautical ports.
The routes:
- Ruta Mejillón / Rúa / Areoso : Mussel / Rúa route: See first-hand the production process and the characteristics of the natural environment in which mussels are raised. You will sail among the rafts where the authentic Galician mussels are cultivated and the route will reach the vicinity of the island of Rúa and of the island Areoso
- Areoso: An islet located in the interior of the Ría de Arousa. Made up almost entirely of sand, the northern half has an active dune and a vegetated dune, as well as an important archaeological site.
- Travesía por la ría: A great opportunity to visit the best fishing villages from the sea (Illa de Arousa, Cambados, A Toxa, O Grove and islets in the centre of the estuary such as Areoso or Rúa).
- Sálvora: At the mouth of the Ría de Arousa is the island of Sálvora, which forms part of the Atlantic Islands National Park of Galicia. Full of stories and legends. Discover it.
